What is laser hair removal?

Laser hair removal will only work on the hairs that are in their active growth stage- so waxing or plucking between sessions is a big no-no. Shaving between treatments is the only form of hair removal that should be undertaken (no hair removal creams either). This treatments works best on those with dark hair and pale skin as the energy is absorbed by this to destroy the hair- so those with light hair colours (white, grey, red or blonde) will not be suitable for this procedure.

How long is the treatment?

Depending on the area of treatment- laser hair removal can be between 20-90 minutes. Whatever time it may take, Evolve is committed to making sure you're as comfortable as possible. Expect your treatments to be anywhere from 4-8 weeks apart (dependant on how fast your hair grows back).

Maintenance sessions are required depending on hair growth as well as the area being treated- however after 6 sessions you can expect to see from 40-60% hair growth reduction.
